Aftersale Policy

In order to protect the (fragile) South African market, and our dealers country- wide:

Audio Tweak does not get involved with machines that get imported by (some) clients direct from various sources. Such purchases will be dealt with as grey or parallel import in time of aftersale or warranty repairs.

 

Product locally represented by Audio Tweak:

- Products that the client source directly such as from overseas or discount websites will not receive (Under Warrantee) aftersale (what sale?) or backup service and benefit from the same treatment as clients who support the local agent (us).

- Parallel Import will be treated as a “Out-Of-Warrantee” machine and be billed accordingly.

 

Right Of Admission Reserved:

- Audio Tweak reserves the right to repair/modify or turn-down any products imported via client's own means.

 

Dealers rules:

- Dealers may not attempt modifications on our units as this will compromise the warranty.

- Any products that have been tempered with by a dealer (or client) will be turned-down in times of warrantee/aftersale-service unless otherwise specified according to Audio Tweak discretion.

- Dealers may perform repairs only if appointed to do so by Audio Tweak and via formal agreement.
